![]() ![]() The dialogue is terrible and the main character is as insufferable as everyone else. The open world is just as miserably boring, just an open area with houses littered with annoying enemies that endlessly respawn with a mechanic that punishes you doing anything other than dealing with the terrible stealth/detection mechanics in the game The "bosses" so far are just basic enemies with health bars that do nothing worthwhile. It has a really slow and boring progression of walking to the objective marker and picking up the thing to progress to the next set of rooms, littered with the same lame enemies. It has a dreadfully slow and uninteresting opening 30 minutes of hallway walking. What is the big appeal of this game? It's a very slow and boring FPS. ![]() I'd like some honest answers rather than just people who pretend to have played it to own the Ukraine or whatever stupid bullshit. I could boomer Russians that long for their Soviet Union youth thinking it's good, but anyone else will likely see it for what it is and should not subject themselves to such evil. Just pure cancer, lies, and delusion being spouted at the player every step of the way about the glory of communism, Russia, and China >Locked to 60-70 FOV on PC with no option to change it >Performance is good at 4k with max settings on 2080 Super >Horrible writing, it's obnoxious and unfunny to a degree that should not be humanly possible and the main character and his glove AI NEVER stop talking >Combat is ok, feels like a cheap ripoff of Bioshock Infinite basically but could be a lot worse >Aesthetics of the world are generally pretty cool and unique, they definitely tried to be creative in this aspect >However, whatever enjoyment is left in spite of the dialogue and other issues is marred and undermined completely by being unironic propaganda and Soviet Union aggrandizement. Ok, here's my honest experience with the game: ![]()
